The Pier for all ages

Welcome to the official online home for Blackpool's iconic North Pier. This site contains information on the pier, our events and shows for 2013 as well as a detailed account of our history and heritage.

North Pier is an historical venue that, although proud of its heritage is constantly changing to provide a safe and value for money experience for all of our guests.

Watch the sun set in our grade 2 listed Victorian Sun Lounge, take a ride on our two-tier Venetian Carousel, enjoy a meal with all the family in the newly refurbished Carousel Family Bar, or enjoy coffee, tea or hot chocolate in North Perk in the Conservatory. One thing we can guarantee, that the relaxing walk down our decking will give you the chance to leave any worries you have behind as you enjoy the unique and fabulous views of Blackpool gradually unfold. There are concessions and shops aplenty, come and see for yourself!

North Pier is proud to offer shows and events throughtout the year. Whether it is family entertainment in the Carousel Family Bar, special events in the Sun Lounge, an evening of entertainment in the Merrie England Showbar, there is something for everyone on the Pier!
